Refund & Return Policy – Aura Ceuticalz

At Aura Ceuticalz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective product


Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at:

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures or video of the product

  • Description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Orders placed with incorrect information by the customer


Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) may be issued via bank transfer or store credit


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
